Hello. How could I answer to such question where it is needed to do "1000" various small things to create a mod for football game. For FIFA 13-16 games You need to have for sure Creation Master and one good graphic editing software in the beginning of Your work. Later with gathering experience and skills mods most often are easy to make maybe without new tournaments. At beginning the most important thing is... what is your motivation to make mods. Good luck

This mod is some kind of reward for old users here who did take a great part in making various new things for FIFA games like; kits, scoreboards, stadiums, minikits and other things. For many months we had not even this ANT mod for FIFA 16. Sorry. But as I have said. It is only available for old users in this community. Not for anybody else. Period.
It will be possible in the future. Not now. Asking and asking will not change anything for this moment. Respect that.
You could help if know how to do it and make new tournament. But this is not so easy. If anybody else would like to help then it would be great too. But it is needed to have advance knowledge and skills in creating and editing tournaments for FIFA games.
As I have written. Now it is available for old users. When we will improve with somebody this mod by adding new tournaments then it will be for everybody. Till that day... no.
