I noticed this as well. @RavenFCB 's version doesn't have coloured crowds, but the tribunes aren't full either. :/

I was waiting first for all stadiums' crowds to make previews. But now with both Copa and EURO pushed back to next year there is time. I will also make Legends team in the patch.
