You can add them to your game from CM15 , take care the ids not to overwrite teams ,players ect. and then start a new career .Teams will not participate on any leagues or cups but you can play on kick off or buy players from them in career mode.

tauro were eliminated in concacaf league and alianza that almost eliminate tigres dont appear :(
