Hi there, I'm back into editing after a few years :dragan:
You may remember my FIFA 16 Mods, sadly, the way Stadiums are stored within the game files has changed after the jump to Frostbite, but it doesn't mean they can't be edited like before (just a bit harder).

Anyways, I've managed to convert two of my previous mods so far, while also taking into account recent changes made on the real life stadiums.

  • Johan Cruyff ArenA
EA has put effort into updating the stadium after FIFA 16, however, neglecting to make the championship banners hanging above the stadium not generic. That's quite weird, since they scanned the real life versions and actually had them within the FIFA 16 files, but chose not to use them (they're still there unused).

This stadium has been largely neglected by EA for many years, and both the colors and graphics included on the Vanilla version look nothing alike the current real life version. I had a hard time with this one, since I had to look for each texture I edited back on FIFA 16 one by one within the files (since the stadiums are no longer kept on separate containers).
Thankfully, I was able to find each one of them. The list of changes compared to the Vanilla version are:
  1. The space between the stands is now grey like the real life version.
  2. Changed the color of the scoreboard to white and added the missing Volksparkstadion, club logo and the Willkommen Zuhause message above.
  3. Added the Nur Der HSV boards on the stands, I had to settle with this more neutral one, since you can't set UCL/UEL specific versions like before.
  4. Changed the colors of the stands from the washed out light blue to the more darker blue used in real life.
  5. Replaced the generic Supporters Club banner with a version inspired by the one used by the Ultras, it gets covered mostly by the in-game banners tho:fuck:
  6. Replaced the EA Sports logo that appeared above the stands with a blank blue graphic matching the rest of the stands.

Wow....can you update the Same you did With Volksparkstadion wird Signal iduna Park ? (Coach bench adverts next to the bvb logo missing, old adverts (now puma faster instead of bvb.de and echte liebe)

Looked for the bench roof textures but only found the club's logo from the middle (with no room on the sides for the sponsor) :bwtf:
The ones that display echte liebe/bvb.de were easy to find tho, I'm working on those :)

It could be possible, I see there's a red texture that's used on most of the stadium (on the places that have the Standard Chartered and other logos IRL). I'll do some tests on that one.

Most of them have part of the stadium names on them, or the team name/initials.
I usually put those on the search bar on Frosty and they appear.
However, that doesn't apply to all stadiums, specially those very old ones that have been on the series or many years (or hadn't been updated on recent games). I had to look for most of the textures of the Volksparkstadion one by one, the majority didn't have anything related to the club/stadium (the texture that has the www.hsv.de logo is named trad2_color :S).

Thanks on working on SIP...really appreciate this. Do you need some pic material for the new ads on the Stadium stand boards? :) ...please make the new ads smaller written than "bvb.de"....you can see it clearly on many youtube vids...another small difference i recognized are the railings on the main stands. In real the are all yellow and Not partially white...just details :)

I updated the links of both mods to be compatible with the last EA Update. The Signal Iduna mod will be coming soon, I just have to align the textures properly and test them.
Here are two quick mods I made in the meantime:
  • Real Madrid Updated 2019/20 Kits
I removed the CWC Badge from both the kits & minikits, since I didn't saw anyone had done them. If you have other graphic mods like Muzzley's AIO, place my .fbmod file below that one.
Riesscar is the maker of that Liverpool mod (which adds the CWC Badges to its kits), I highly suggest you to use it alongside my mod.




EDIT: After the release of this mod, I found out that Arethiel did a much better version of both Real and Liverpool kits. I suggest you look for that one, as I myself switched to it :innocent_smile_1:
  • Allsvenskan 2019 Banners
I'm playing a Career Mode with Hammarby, so I decided to look for banners for the Allsvenskan teams to add to the experience.
Most of the banners were taken from TC's FIFA 18 conversion thread on fifaplanet (which were themselves conversions of old uomomagnetico's banners).
I converted uomomagnetico's banners of Falkenbergs and Helsingborgs from FIFA 15 (as they weren't on FIFA 18). Eskilstuna banners weren't available anywhere, so I decided to make them myself. It was a bit hard to find reference pictures, since it's a very small team with few fans, but they turned out quite nice.

  1. Replaced the yellow Echte Liebe and bvb.de boards with the correct black ones featuring sponsors.
  2. Replaced the yellow boards on the right side with the correct black ones featuring the Signal Iduna Park logo.
  3. Added Signal Iduna logo to the bench seats and moved around the default logos.

* Leyton Orient banners were mostly a conversion of uomomagnetico's old ones, although, with some edits and updates by me.


* Salford City banners were made by me from scratch, as no one had made them until know. It was a bit hard to do, as reference pictures were tough to find.

I've been looking for ways to change the textures of a generic stadium ... but I can't find the files...
Some generic stadiums are the same as in FIFA 16 (Ï have edited textures), but the editing is very complicated

Most of the textures for old stadiums can be found at Content/Worlds/Textures/legacy. You have to search each folder as most of them have generic names, I had to do that to find the textures for Volksparkstadion.
