There is a mapping table in database which tells you the linkage of stadium ID to team ID. Stadium itself can have whatever ID, in general, stadium creators leave ID to 158 i think, but you can change it to whatever number you want (i think limit for stadiums is 510?). But be aware, that there are already some stadiums in game, so be careful you don't overwrite them.

Gonzaga, I'd like to say that I've been watching your excellent work for ages. Could you please convert as many Greek stadiums, as possible? I'm confident that there are a lot of them available in previous PES and/or FIFA editions.
