The adboards are more related to team-sponsors than with league-sponsors, but nonetheless I am pretty certain there will be FIFA ads in september when it is closer to release date. Not on Emirates and Old Trafford though - Arsenal and Man Utd are Konami teams this year.

I'm not sure. I use the ones I have seen on match highlights. If I don't see it on the highlights I don't use it. There will be updates throughout the season and I want to post 3 variations for each team.

Yes, I noticed the PES animated adboards in Old Trafford, but didn't watch any other matches/replays to check the adboards in other stadiums as well
