I think I will be passing the torch on modding for now. In addition to the fact that interest seems to be dwindling, I am simply feeling like it’s an exercise in futility... I mean, Fifa 20 is going to be here in 2 months or so. I also am increasingly frustrated by the way EA fights us instead of allowing for modding, all the while shortchanging PC users. I look at PES 2019 and the modding capabilities and it just reminds me again and again that EA is the worst company I could ever support. I’m not going to switch over to PES just for the modding, as I think the gameplay is crap (I know many will disagree and ask if I’ve ever played football etc...). If someone would like to keep things going, I’ll send that individual my project. I’ll be around and I may make a kit, ball or boot here and there... but my sign off will be this: f*€k EA. F*€k them in their loose and cavernous a$$holes. I hope the company disbands after multiple fires take out the majority of the senior staff (after the a$$f*€king of course), and I hope their corpses are sold to some necrophiliacs to keep the sodomy going into perpetuity. To all of you, thanks for the kind words regarding my mediocre content . Peace.

It would be a pity if you stop editing, I found and find your work great, I use it in my game.
Unfortunately, you would be one again, who turns his back on the Fifa scene, many have already been in front of you.
All of us can not change or even influence EA, especially modding, but we do not have to give up just because EA does not support the game like that.
I will continue to modding the Fifa game in the future, as far as possible, because PES is not an alternative for me.
I (and certainly many others) hope that you think it over again and still make for the Fifa Game on.

what i want to say, I am really sad to read this message from you. Because we all here in need for amazing modders like you who making the game is more happy and more beautiful.
I really don't know what makes you say that (but if you decided to left) there is nothing we can do for you except that we request from you to stay and enjoy your modding with us.

I really appreciate the kind words from everyone. I wasn't getting nearly the same feedback when I was posting, so I honestly had started to wonder if anyone was still interested. After writing my rant against EA, I realized that many of you do not play FUT, so you may wonder why I have such animosity towards the company. In the FUT (ultimate team) game mode, EA is as unethical and - quite frankly - criminal as any company I have ever dealt with. They are regularly suspending or deleting accounts into which people have poured hundreds to thousands of dollars into. For what? They will not tell you. They will simply say you have violated the Terms of Service. It has happened to me in the last two FIFA's, not this one for some reason. Why not just file a law suit against them, you might ask. Because when you hit 'agree' to the terms of service, you agree to give up your right to law suit. Instead, you are left with only the option to pursue arbitration. I did so... in FIFA 18. I have a family full of lawyers, so it was free for me to do so. Through subpoenaed documents I found out that it was by using Frosty that I violated the terms of service. So that means that they erased my account, which I had put hundreds of dollars into, because I wanted a unique scoreboard... this is why I hate EA. This is the story of so many people. If someone is cheating it's one thing; however, this is the sort of hostility towards modding that they have. So while they do not offer PC users the same updates to boots, balls, etc... despite the game costing just as much, they also are ready to steal your money if you attempt to obtain that which they ought to owe to PC users anyway. Between their corrupt business of bilking children out of money through gambling and their shortchanging PC users, I just see them as the definition of greed, indifference and of a company who cares not for their patrons.
If there is a lot of interest still, I'll see I can find the time. I will be making a lot less stuff, though. Another reason is that I am just getting a bit burned out by it.
Anyway, I have a final update to my Valencia Away:

All of you have been so kind in your expressions of appreciation and support... I don't know what to say really. It is moving to think that so many people can be kind on an internet forum. So often forums descend into trolling exercises (not here, but on tech forums and the like). It really means a lot and is a sign of 'community', which is what I sometimes fear will be lost in the world of Fifa modding. Anyway, here we go:
