Added all series B kits CREATED BY L77

Added new series A adboards

Series A referee kits added

Added All Series A Banners

Added Sky Scoreboard

Added all the Serie B logos (Teams) Championship + Italian Cup + Super Italian Cup

Added Red Star Kit and logo (Located in the Swiss championship)

Spalsh changed with Lorenzo Insigne

Added all Banners and Flags Series B

Added all the national kits and logos + different Banners

I wasn't an admin when FIFA 18 came out. So I can't speak for the people who weren't doing their jobs how they were supposed to, I can only speak for myself.

Just 1 issue: is it possible to have non-Italian general adboards?
I'm usually playing the Scottish PL and having Italian adboards in the SPL and Scottish Cup games is not so realistic… ^^

Probably just re-applied the changes the original had. Still nice though.
