There is no need to convert it, mate :D All you need is to save your texture as png and then import it to the body file - in your case playerskin_198710_textures.rx3 - via RX3 Master, FIFA File Explorer 2014 or CG File Explorer 16 ;) The last two options are useful especially when your texture is bigger than the usual body texture. Just pick one playerskin in your body folder, rename it, import the texture, save it and it should work.

thanks man, any idea where i can get cg file explorer or rx3 master?

And here you have the other two tools ;) https://www.sendspace.com/file/1vup7b Both of them will be helpful when you edit Fifa 15 files cause CG File Explorer can't handle all "old" files like wipe3d files for example if I remember it correctly. Also I think there is less quality loss when you use RX3 Master. For some reasons it seems that it can handle textures a bit better than the others like for example jesery badges. They are sharper in game if you use RX3 master instead of the others, but that's just my opinion.

Hi guys, I'm sorry if I haven't posted in more than a week, and I'm sorry if it's taking me so long to release the new pack, you know, I have to study because of university, I have exams to take. I'll see if I can release the pack this weekend, if not, I'll try to release it like early next week. Thanks for your patience guys.

Does anybody know where I can find a 3D arm model from PES 2019, because I'm struggling to convert players that for example have hand tattoos. Thanks in advance, if someone could help me...
