Currently isn't possible import textures, but great news from Galaxy, please be patient.
At moment you can assign (or edit via codecolors) boots with RDBM, everyone is doing this,
browse my thread and read the related post about it.

i am soory but i haqvent a clue what to do with this. I only want to change the ADAPTIVE_DIFFICULTY. i load up as stated but i dont know what to call the mod etc.To Dear Maestro riesscar and interested Fifa 19 Modders,

BROWSE AND EDIT FIFA 19 FROSTBITE INITFS_WIN32 SETTINGS

- Download this FIFA 19 INITFS EDIT PACK - Extract/decompress in a folder
- Run CG File Explorer 18 (not included)
- In the screen "Please select Fifa Game", from menù (click down arrow) click "Add New"
- Browse and select the executable: \FIFA 19 INITFS\FIFA.exe
- In the next screen click "Select" and then Continue
- Make your inifs_Win32 Custom Mod
The pack include latest inifs_Win32 already decompressed and ready to edit
File is from latest FIFA 19 Official Update 17 December 18
I suggest for best editing to:
- "Export" the related *.lua, edit and save with Notepad++
- "Import" back the edited *.lua file
- "Save" and then "Create Mod", wait process done, close every CGFE window.
Check your mod inside: \FIFA 19 INITFS\Mods\your_patch_name\Win32_Patch
Install the mod in your game folder: \FIFA 19\Patch
To play Fifa 19 with modded and decompressed inifs_Win32 is required:
to install the "CryptBase.dll" (\Run_Mods folder) in main game folder: \FIFA 19\

I don't know if this is possible.
I'll try to add something in the next FIFA 19 AGPE DB 2.0 WINTER TRANSFERS
which will include: global boots fix/unclock/recolor/assignments, etc.
Atm isn't possible import minifaces (and never will be possible to add the miniface to a player without it in the default game structure),
but....with RDBM edit Lucas Paqueta playerid with another X playerid with miniface and like similar,
only this is possible, in this way you can also get the commentary call name.
Check related CGFE tutorials, but beleave its very easy.
Click the tree in order to browse and open initfs_Win32 settings, try to make you first mod, isn't difficulty.
Anyway I suggest you to edit/adjust/adapt the AD and not to completely disable.
Anyway you can try out and make your choise about the best setup.

during the next week will be released this new tool (returned for Fifa 19):
FIFA 19 GP FX EM PARTICLES TWEAKER 1.0
You can increase/patch Frostbite emitter engine settings
for the following particle effects (during match, gameplay, replay, etc.):
- FX EM PLAYER BREATH
- KICK DIRT BLUR
- SPLASH SHEET
- BALL SPLASH SHEET
- SLIDE SPLASH SHEET
- KICK GRASS PEW
- BALL SPLASH RADIAL
I hope to publish tomorrow.

This year I will make a Superpatch never made than before, expect incredible Frosty Mods,
expect a totally new Fifa 19 game in Fidel's Style:
