You can try this:
Navigate to the FIFA faces folder
Select all face files
Press Shift+Right-click
Select 'copy as path' from the drop down menu
Paste the results in a PM to me
Then when I have time, I can sort through the list and let you know which faces I am missing.

I just checked Germany 2. Bundesliga with Hamburg, and after the third season it crashed!
I was promoted in the 1st season, stayed up in the 2nd, and relegated in the 3rd and got sacked. And when I pressed Enter to sign that paper the game closed.
I was sacked in Brazil Série A (twice!) and could choose another team to manage, but this time...

Ok. I will try to find a way of replicating that. It may have been a random crash. What team did you choose to manage when you got sacked? I'm not sure the name of the manager should really matter, but I will check that too.

I have used the Brasileirão 2018 from IMSTUDIOS for now, but I would like your input when I release the mod please.
It didn't let me choose another team. The crash happened before my termination could be made official
Also, I just tested Portugal Primeira Liga with the same name I used that time, and it worked just fine

So, I started another career in Denmark Superliga, was sacked after two seasons, and because there was no offer from a Danish team I spent the third season in Ireland!
Does this count as a 3-season test of Denmark league? If so, it passed the test
Next stop, Norway!
I have done Norway, Switzerland and Sweden.
No crash.
