You're absolutely correct, that is totally fair. But sometimes we don't know who does and doesn't have the problem when we look for answers in a forum. But, nevertheless, I made an assumption which was not the right thing to do. Apologies. I was just trying to answer to @rique1984 that was asking me questions.I understand your problem.
But do not say, to more than one person, because you are the only one to meet this problem at the moment. Do not mix installation issues for some and slow down at stake for you.
Understood. I only play Tournament mode, but your point is still valid and your info still useful. Thank you.Graphically, there is nothing that can do that in the mod, we added textures, banners, faces, jerseys, etc ...
Nothing that changes the graphics engine.
On the other hand, there is a huge data base which is very heavy, it can cause slowdowns in the loadings and especially in career mode, especially during transfer periods.
I completely understand. And please believe me, I think this mod alone is better than even what EA did for FIFA19. So I only want to give you acknowledgment and praise. And thanks, of course. It's hard to make versions for everyone,
But most of all keep in mind that I made this mod for me at the base.
I prefer to find solutions for everyone, but each computer has a different configuration which makes it harder to work.
8GB of RAM, to be fair, depending on what else you run on your system, is going to struggle to be enough for most recent games with heavy processing dependence. But this mod, as expressed earlier, has no graphical modifications other than importing new kits.8 GB RAM just seem to be insufficient.
Guys,
Thank you very much for your hard work and dedication on making this hobby a even more pleasant and fun experience.
Finishing work and heading home to give this baby a try.
Just have a question about your squad file.
From what date does it take affect in the game?
Is it from July 1, 2018 or 01 Sep, 2018?
I use https://sofifa.com and wondering if I should look at FIFA 2019 players rather than FIFA 2018.
If you want to use Sofifa.
Use the Fifa 18 version of September 12, 2018
I can work a lighter version for 8GB Ram configurations.
But it will take a few days
By the way, I just deleted my entire FIFA install because even with no mod the game was still choppy. Then I copied over my fresh backup that I keep in another folder and played and it was smooth again. I don't know why but I guess adding mod after mod in CGFE for the past few months had started causing issues. So I'll try to reinstall the v5.0 of the mod now.Page 10 excuse me

The mod is huge because FIP 4.0. Not with banners, flags and other things.
Interesting, so you're saying it's the mod assembly itself that is a memory hog not anything graphical. What I wanted to say is that it's because of FIP and this fucking Cgfile not optimized that it's heavy to load.
FIP dramatically changes the game and adds a lot of things that are not supposed to be there. I do not know if I'm clear.

Right. Makes sense. Also explains why no other mod slows me down this much.I don't know, really but it's possible. The mod is huge, CgFile is not optimized so... it sucks for low-end PC.
