Yes, I will include some of those players in the Icons squads. They will be in free agents only, because there is no space in the Classic XI teams.

But when selecting my manager in career mode there are loads of heads without pictures and when selecting one last night i was the Leicester city manager at Arsenal....so those empty faces correspond to a manager....i have used randomly and one is Inzhagi i believe too?

That's strange. I noticed those heads without pictures in manager selection, but I think it's a "bug" of FIFA. But, if you say you have selected a custom manager face, maybe it should be possible to add those faces in manager selection. I will investigate that.

You have to modify the cmsettings.ini and the compdata\settings.txt file. If you want, I can explain you how to do that via PM.

That's normal and I think it's not possible to fix it. Custom tournaments are generated inside the compdata files and since we have added a lot of new leagues and tournaments, there is no space for that tournament. I think it should be possible to create custom tournaments with less teams.

Brazil, it happens during the friendlies and WC qualifiers but then I'm able to play the Confederations Cup and World Cup in 2021/2022 and everything goes back to normal.

I successfully have the career starting in 2017 and also added Japan, Korea Republic and Iran to the Asia WC qualifiers as well as Croatia and Serbia to the Euro WC qualifiers.

I would like to create North American and African WC qualifying as I see there are no competitions for them and the database just automatically chooses certain teams to be in the WC. I have tried adding new competitions using 'Asia qualifiers' as a reference point however have been unsuccessful. Has anyone tried/had any luck adding these to the database?

In the 5th step, it should be "schedule.txt" and not "standings.txt".

Hi,

Does anyone know if there is a way to get shawminator, GalaxyMan2015 and benji's Fifa 18 CMMOD to work with FIP?

I know how to successfully install FIP on its own using CGFE but I can't figure out how to 'combine' separate mods or whether or not it will even work

hallo @NaFeR , I install FIP 4.0 (custom.cgp), I get Error when loading banner_110976 then I click continue and CGE window has open but in the other window, CGE still loading banner_110976... then I close all CGE windows and run FIFA 18, I checked the FIP 4.0 successfully update... I just wanted to make sure, do I install it right???

@NaFeR pretty sick job you guys been doing with FIP, have no words to tell how the games feel more enjoyable after the patch. Just an advice, has anyone informed you guys that liziero head is invisible on some angles, i saw that when playing with Sao Paulo. And now a question, the transfers update will happen on the db or only with the squad files? cause i have collected many jerseys for the new 18-19 season so im planning on implement them using a database with this window transfers. Thanks again for this awesome patch.

Note: the only kit im having problem is barcelona away shirt (socks and shorts works fine) do you know if there is an issue on the database with it or anything else? Cause when i open DA on CGFE and on the kit view when i select barcelona an error message appears, this just happens when i select the home uniform, when i select the away and gk ones there is no error message.

@benwin , how do we add Panama, Costa Rica, Morocco, Tunisia, Nigeria and Senegal as possible selections for the world cup ? I tried reloading the career mode for the May 1st world cup draw many times and none of these teams ever get selected for the world cup.

The current database doesn't have a qualifying competition for North America or Africa so the game automatically adds the USA, Mexico, Canada, cameroon, ivory coast, egypt and south africa to the world cup

You can change which teams are automatically selected in the tasks.txt file.

So far I have failed to successfully add a qualifying tournament to the database

Thanks. I have added them to the tasks and standings files now. I can see them now being selected for the world cup.

Also, Iceland was surprisingly missing from world cup and euro qualifiers, so added them too.
