I tried that and it looks good on paper but when you try to play a match the game crashes. Also, there's a bigger problem: There must always be 12 players on the bench. If someone's injured or suspended you have to forfeit the game (lose 3-0).

I can't play. My game crashes when I change the number of subs to a number higher than 7 and I try to play. I have no mods installed, I only edited it with CM16. But you can simulate a tournament with 12 players on the bench. However, the moment one player is unavailable, you lose the next game (you only have the chance to forfeit it).

and have you tried changing 4 players in a match ??

I tried but it stays in 3. In any case it would be 4 subs during a game and not an extra sub for extra time...

Guys, I've been feeling a bit down emotionally the past couple of weeks & I haven't been able to work on the patch as much as I'd want to. I have now finished all the Group A teams with the correct rosters and formations from the WC 2018 official game. I'm continuing on with the rest of the groups. I also still don't know if a) all the host stadiums will be finished & b) if anyone has been able to extract the DLC files from Nintendo Switch. This is very important for me to continue.
Partially good news, I've found a copy of the DLC from Nintendo Switch & I've managed to extract an .nca file from the original .nsp file. In all likelyhood, The .nca file does have all the game files since it's 1.4 GB in size. Does anyone know how to extract anything from such a file?

Guys maybe the problem was you were to realist. I make the mod for fifa 14 and I didnt care about all stadiums or 2018 world cup stadium or national anthems, things like that.
I want @RobbieD_PL to release the beta at least. I dont have fifa 16 but im willing to see the mod released. Best wishes to all the people who are participating in this mod.

The idea was this, that's why we have almost 100 NT stadiums in game, but no one continue with this..
Portugal & Spain done from Group B. I'm still trying to see if it's possible to extract the DLC files from Nintendo Switch.

I tested it yesterday for almost five hours and it doesn't work. I don't have a problem too extract the main game but I think the tools from the Switch community aren't made for the DLC files.
I've managed to extract a .NCA file from the Switch version of the DLC (a .nsp file). I think that what we have to do is extract the files from that . NCA file.

I already had the nca file. No chance to extract it.
If you have the main game files, can you upload all the faces? They might work in FIFA16. You can also try the new stadiums.
