Manager mode: make it longer than 15 seasons?

Is there any way to mod so you don't automatically retire after 15 seasons? Or is this hardcoded in the game? Thanks!

I figured as much, thanks for your reply.

It's a shame, I remember in 09 or 10 when I had an almost 50 year long career going and you could edit the save file with CM so you had full control of every transfer and team. Those were the days!

Yes man, that was best career time! Terrible that EA changed that.
