@manecobra for me even applying the dlc2 shows the bug.
the only solution is the function : KEEPSTANDINGS.
but it will imply a total re structuration of the dlc adding more lines which will take some time

which bug?

the team in gruop E advances even when it has 1 point and the other teams have 4 points and don´t advance

At the time of uploading the files I was in doubt, all the competitions files are in the dlc folder?

Did you change the Dlc's folder name? dlc2 to dlc?

why settings? I thinl its about create another stage after groups where all 3 thirds advance
then use the KEEPSTANDINGS and the fourths best thirds advance

For me, works fine now!
Before, in World Cup 1994, the third of groups b and c, were eliminated.
