who is your best defensive partnership-

mine would have to be Nesta and Cannavaro
for Real Madrid and Italy

but Chris Morgan and Andy Melville for Margate also formidabble
in div3- only 14 goals all season

The best defence partnership i would say is Assane N'Diaye And Isaak Okoronkwo.
N'Diaye is probably the most skilled player i've seen and such a consistant sturdy defender and Isaak Okoronkwo is probably the one witht he best ability i've seen on the game

For me at Valencia Ayala and Ferdinand are as strong as a rock. Brilliant.

TROD. Even though Ayala is VERY small in real life.

As in real life Hyypia and Henchoz are amazing at the centre of defense in the game, without a doubt my best partnership.

My best defensive partnership will be West and Paolo Cannavaro with players like Isaak Okoronkwo and Puyol as my wing backs..But I sold Puyol later as he got worse and used a regenerated Greek U-21 youth.The moment I fielded him he was great and within 1 month he earned 3 caps upon that game....

Not to be masty but if you look, 90% of greek defenders have an international cap to their name! I suppose it is quite an achievement after just 1 game and at under 21, fair dos

There are loads of big name defenders. Give 'em a couple of months and Hyypia and Henchoz become as good as any.

Terry, Ferdinand and Woodgate are younger options.

Nesta, Cannavaro, Ayala, Samuel, Thuruam etc are all great defenders.

For lower league teams try Dolan and Said.
