Central Midfielders MC

i was thinking in CM 01-02

there are not a lot midfield centre players
if you think about

a lot of players have attacking, left, right with it.

only Mark Kerr worth buying

or am i missing someone

He is now 15 million


He scores , assists or just plays great every game !!!!!

But Robben is an attacking mid!?
He wants MC or MRLC etc

there is a salif jonsson who turned out to be good on mine but seems crap on others and sometimes att mids dont play thatbad as mids

van der vaart is good, Simon Davies is brilliant. Tim Cahill is useful, the only 3 you need!!! Brett Emerton as well.

What about David Beckham?

I know Cahill retired because he played at youth level for some insignificant island near australia and now fifa won't let him play internationally for australia or england

David Prutton from Forest is great..
Joe Cole is also good playing midfield centre but try get him in the second season when most of the time West Ham gets reglated by then..No offence to West Ham fans but this is wat I get most of the time in this game..Michael Carrick is also good buy...

Just because a player doesnt show up as MC doesnt mean that its not his main position.

Both attacking and Defensive Midfield positions override normal midfield, so a player with 20/20 in midfield, and anything over 15 in either attacking or defending, will show up as defensive or attacking, rather than normal midfield.

Also Defensive Midfield, overrides Attacking Midfield. So a player with 20 in attacking, and 20 in defensive (or even lower, as long as they are over 15), will show up ass DM, not AM. However AM would still be the players best position.

Yeah but giggs didn't play a competitive match for england. Cahill did. Only competitive matches count.

I think it would be better if this rule only applied for the under-21 teams upwards

i agree, though it could become awkward if theyd played loads of games for the under 21s, then moved to a rival country, thats just dodgy. What even possessed him to play for Samoa (or whoever) in the first place??? I'll bet he never thought he become div 1 standard. Oh well, his mistake!! lol

Well if you got aproached to play for a country that you had some grandad in wouldn't you play for them?
Like if i got approached by Faroe Islands to play in an international match i would play
