I can't make any of these dressings work into my game. I have "STADIUM_DRESSING_OVERRIDE=1" intro my cl.ini.

i've tried career, tournament mode and friendlies.

Try to add this in your cl.ini file:

//Use rotating adboards instead of animated ones. Animated ones can not be changed with this mod.
STADIUM_USE_LEGACY_ADBOARDS=1

//Force tournament decorations in all matches
STADIUM_DRESSING_OVERRIDE=1

Copy/paste and try to play..
