I know this hair model is not that similar to his current hairstyle but I am satisfied with this.

needs a bit more work though, in the tex and the model. in the texture, the beard looks a bit blurry, maybe try to use some EA beard.
In the model, try to get these pics to get the expression, the profile and the semi-profile right.
