I guess that is the best way for Bayern since it keeps things fresh and the team is always evolving while majority of the work is taken care of by other including most part of player recruitment. But since football is cyclical and a lot these players will age while you may not get an equal replacement...maybe, then you could go for a manager to have for that long. I thought when Tuchel was free and almost HSV manager...he could be that guy.

I think this could be a very interesting summer for Bayern. If reports are true, City are set to offer a crazy amount for Neuer, and I could actually see Bayern accepting the offer. Neuer is great, of course, but there are a lot of outstanding young keepers in Germany. Hell, Zieler is going to get relegated with Hannover and he's Germany's #2 right now.

Not only that, but Gotze is almost certainly going to leave. There's no reason for him to stay, and honestly no reason for Bayern to keep him.

The saddest potential moves are Lewandowski, who I think we will keep, but there are always rumors about him, and David Alaba who's contract is coming up soon and of course Barca want him very much. So I don't know what's going to happen, but I think there will be big moves out of Bayern.

Coming in? I honestly couldn't say. Obviously if Neuer leaves we'll replace him and probably with someone from Germany. ter Stegen could potentially be an option. We don't really have many holes in the team, but I could see us grabbing another central defender and a young right back. If Sergio Ramos really does want to leave Spain, I could see us making a modest bid. The attack doesn't really need help, but I could see us taking a chance on Breel Embolo just because we have a relationship with Basel.

On Neuer-City rumours, i believe Pep wont touch any Bayern player. He is class man.

We aren't in Spain, we don't do buyout clauses. He has 2 years left on his contract, but has put talks on hold at least until the summer. If he makes it one more year without a deal it's obviously much more likely. I don't see it happening this season unless there's a big Kroos-like breakdown in talks and Bayern decide to just cash in. However, my guess is that Bayern values Alaba the same way they value Muller, which is to say if we can avoid a sale we will no matter what the bid.

Alaba set to sign a contract extension until 2021. Nevermind all that, then.

He is getting minutes, played 90min against Juventus. The man is class but if you compare to the other 3 wingers i think he is the worst.

Yes, he's definitely the worst. Healthy again, and great for depth, but he is just not the same anymore. He's old now.
