Please forgive me, but I don't know how to edit the game. You could upload the tournaments to tournaments mode in the form of a cmp file, so you can easily install via СМ16 and play.

-make some best clubs from Africa (like TP Mazembe, Al Ahly) and Oceania (like Auckland City, Amicale, Suva, Magenta) and make leagues for them with champions qualify to Club World Cup
-add missing clubs from this season UEFA Europa League (Qabala, Slovan Liberec, Skenderbeu Korce, Qarabag)

One problem I found in your otherwise great patch: A lot of new created (and young) players have negative potentials, for example Thiago Maia from Santos. Those players therefore don't develop in career mode. Maybe you can fix this as well for v1.2?

I installed the patch and then i regenerated, but then in the game i don't see Brasileiro 3, 4, International II, Rest of Asia, Rest of Oceania, Rest of Africa, and Rest of Southamerica, but i do see some teams mixed in Rest of World.

Happening this i obviously can't play with european teams.

What can i do to solve this?

Did you reset the squads ingame? I always do this after installing a patch with a different database.

In the end i deleted the FIFA16 folder from Documents, then ingame i created a new profile and i solved all

Long time no news from You in Your great patch. I'm more interested in the new national team. It is better to add them as cmp-patches to leave your own changes to the users.
And most of all waiting for the conclusion of the tournament, EURO 2016 in tournaments mode.

waiting for xbox/ps3 release to extract the files and import to fifa 16

like updated squads, j-league, kits etc....
