I met some problems:
1.Enter the within player the edit options to the Ligue when the system crashes. 13-14 patches and 14-15 patches are all in this situation.
2.Chinese commentary is not the latest game fifa OL3, You can help extract the latest it?
3.I want to FCB 13-14 was added to the 14-15 season home court uniforms, how to achieve. I'm a computer idiot.

FIFA online 3 put some news on their site yesterday:
they will introduce the '15-16 season in their game on 26 november

the information just speaks about the transfers & '15-16 jerseys (kits) being updated,
but no news about new faces (yet)

May be they mean everything including faces, do you remember what was posted in the news last year?, if you can search in that page last year announcing 2014-15 update, that might clarify something
And I have seen last years news too, there was also mentioned only about kits , but in 2014 they announced it in september end saying roster update in october end.
Go to 40 th page in the news link you gave and news was on 2014-9-30

Think last year there were preview pictures of faces / shoes on seperate dates
We ll see

Ok, if adding faces from fifaonline 3 doesnt affect your work with fifa 16 then it is good to complete whatever possible till november 26

There are different versions of fifa Online 3 for different countries

The Korean version is the main version of the fifa online 3 series:
New things/patches comes there first
At English version, the same content comes some weeks later

New feature: New sleeve types (on normal/dry weather)


Following FIFA 16,
a new type of sleeves will be added (on normal/dry weather):
beside the normal "long" and "short" sleeves, some will wear "underarmor sleeves + short sleeves"
for players like rooney, fellaini, Sturridge, Eriksen, ...

these sleeves can be assigned to players with the Selector program
(ingame not possible)

one more query is in fifa 11 maximum rating was 90 (messi), 89 (casillas) and virtual pro would be 89, i guess, if he finishes all the accomplishments.

In FIFA 16 though cr7 and messi are 93, 94. What would the ratings of these players in the patch and what will be maximum rating that Virtual pro could get ?

the overall rating is calculated differently at fifa 11 and fifa 16,
However I use the same player stats from fifa 16 at fifa 11:
- at fifa 16: static value wich don't change
Ex. Messi = 94
- at fifa 11: overall value is calculated ingame, depending on its stats & wich position it plays
Ex. Messi = 89 as RW

I Think the virtual pro max rating don't depend on the other players,
As it s calculated by its stats & position it plays
