Cech has shown in his limited showings that he is still a great keeper whereas Casillas has shown more and more that he is past it.

I think that Cech can be a bit of a liability at times. I think he's in a little bit of decline. Sometimes he messes up pretty badly and concedes stupid goals. Arsenal vs you guys spring to mind back when van Persie was still playing for them, and they scored 5 goals or something like that. Cech made quite a few errors during that match and this isn't the only time.

But yeah Arsenal hasn't had a proper keeper (although I like Ospina) for some time now, so getting Cech for such low amount is actually fantastic for them.
