Oh and tits.
Oliver Giroud's agent says Arsenal will announce "the signing of the summer" very soon.

Flamini renewal?

If its true, I suspect its someone from the Bundesliga.

Oh and tits.
Seems like it could be Higuain as well.

If it is, I don't mind at all. Not really "signing of the summer" but him along with Cech make Arsenal serious contenders. He scores a shit load.

I would rather have Giroud.

I'd rather someone else but there aren't any 20/25 goal scoring forwards that Arsenal can have in this window unless there's a surprise available player.

Supposedly, Theo's moving central next season and Arsenal have 5 different profile of strikers with the most creative and versatile midfield(direct fast paced counter/slow possession football/width...whatever) in England 'providing them. When RVP played out of his skin scoring 30+, Arsenal had Rosicky and Wilshere-both of them were injured 95% of the time- for creativity.

Sure, its not all that simplistic but a sure shot goal getter will improve Arsenal, absolutely. Having both Giroud and Higuain is no disadvantage given Arsenal are this close to a serious title challenge.

I don't see what Walcott is going to be able to contribute as a striker that will make him more helpful there than as a winger. Doesn't exactly have the greatest touch nor is he much of a passer. Certainly doesn't have upperbody strength to hold the ball up.

Sir_Didier_Drogba is probably right. I won't criticize his style, because so many fast small strikers have succeeded in the past, and Arsenal can't really complain about what he does because they have lacked for goals.

Yes he is probably better on the wing, but Arsenal have better options than him for those positions.

I am guessing that'll happen but risking it would be stupid, imo. This is crucial.

And the upper body strength issue is where his main problem is. His shoulders are weak and narrow. Otherwise, he'd been a striker long ago.

Walcott has ability to be in world top 10 strikers but I fear he will never overcome complacency/laziness or injury proneness - two traits which seem to develop commonly in players who come up through arsenal or move to arsenal before they have fully developed as players

Even Tancredi Palmeri said Arsenal bid 45mil(euros) for Higuain,I think they need to bid 60m(euros)+ for him.
