Has anyone played with the overlay position? I don't know if it should be increased/decreased to get a even more of zoom-out.

A little off topic, but... do you also play PES? I wonder if you could find a way to edit PES cameras as well. I play both games and this year cameras are harder to change (up until now, impossible in PES) in both. Thanks!

Did you change fifa xml file? See how I edited the value of camzoom.

Yeah I think so. Most files are.
Not sure if camera files have been found yet.

Have you been able to figure out exactly what does the 'ionposition' field change yet?
I haven't tried to play with those values myself yet, I'm scared of messing it all up :p LOL


BTW here are a few screenshots of my own settings. Which work great in most Stadiums, not to say in all of them ;) I love it.

And the last two screenshots are using a different variation which is awesome in my humble opinion but unfortunately it doesn't work well in certain stadiums like Bernabeu, I don't know why... I think that's because Bernabeu Stadium has the camera itself placed somewhere else.










But damn... I wish I could figure out how to tell the game to use the same place for the cameras in every stadium because I swear this camera made me felt like watching a real match on TV. The camera made it all so damn perfect.

The issue is that some stadiums have problems when zooming out too much (e.g. EPL).
Maybe you could try to look at the (you're liked) stadium table record and copy the values (e.g. zoom, height, etc.) to the other stadiums. Haven't tested this myself, believe more things are moving out of the database.

About the ion position, you may need to try out a few values. From what I found out it also depends on the screen resolution you're are playing. I believed the (ion-)positions are also defined somewhere else, maybe in the stadiums table, but haven't found the time to take a look. ;)

PS. Could you lower the height/width of your screenshots? It doesn't look nice on my phone :P

Sorry about the resolution. Will keep that in check next time ;)

I've tried changing the stadium table record and set Bernabeu Stadium values as Camp Nou, but it doesn't seem to change anything ingame!

Everything is so weird in this game. So many values that do nothing ingame when you edit them of the database or whatever!

In some of your screenshots the player name appear above the player with the ball. This happens on the PS4 version, but for some reason my player names do not show up above the head like they do in the screenshots you provided... and definitely not in that font.

Is that a mod or am I just missing some sort of an in-game option to enable it?

Hey bro!

Not a mod. Haven't changed the font.
As for the player names appearing above their heads, there's an option in the "VISUAL" part of the game settings, I can't remember which one it is specifically. But it's in there. You have to disable the HUD/INDICATOR and then choose either player numbers or name to appear above their heads.

I've been meaning to disable it altogether including the red arrow above their heads but I haven't been able to find where those files are and sometimes these boards become so mean and unhelpful when you ask these kind of questions.

changing the zoom to -200 makes it hard to view the ball..Can anyone say a value which will be perfect ? And height too !
