Hi jenkey, i worked on the demo for a few days and i managed to decrypt the EASF.

Unfortunately its different from the full game EASF, so i guess that nobody will be interested in demo encrypted files :P

If by any mean you are interested in adding EASF support for the demo files just let me know.

I think the community would deeply appreciate if you or Jenkey explain how the EASF encryption works and what it takes to decrypt it so in the future we don't depend on just one guy who has an actual life.

until 3 days ago i had no idea not only about easf, but also no idea about AES encryption in general :P

One has to read some AES documentation in order to understand how it works and what it needs.

Then you need a debugger/dissassembler in order to find where the decryption happens. The rest is programming :P

Its not easy and it needs some experience and a lot of effort. Somebody will be around to make it work anytime, the community is large enough for that :P

I personally tried almost ANY 64bit DEBUGGER available and none of them did the job. I ended up using cheat engine to follow the whole execution.

I've noticed it too, it'd be a good idea to have a chants server...but why on earth did EA remove chants customizing? one of the feature that I loved the most
