First Impressions:

Pros:
+ Good presentation
+ New Team Selection menu with Team Instructions :) YAY!

Cons:
- Too fast!
- Keepers let in two goals in three games through their legs
- Everybody turns too fast and are excellent dribblers
- Player models are awful (whoever thought they were good really needs to get out more and maybe watch some football??)
- Played on legendary mode made Boca Juniors like they were Man City/Barcelona (artificial improving of stats AGAIN!)

Conclusion:
I'm going to have to mod this thing again to play how I want! Although, I'd be happy if it were just slower.

"Can I RUN It" site shows me that my system passes the Recommended requirements but in game somethimes I have littles lags, does this happen to someone else?

actually, Nafer is correct. They don't rebuild the db everytime a new game is launched, they simply remove the majority of the stuff, but not everything and that's why you see referees assigned for leagues that are not in the game and they usually keep most of the stuff from the language strings, even some stuff they were planning to include but for some reason couldn't... Take fifa 14 language strings for instance: aside from clubs that have previously been in older games they also have strings for clubs that were never in the game like Urawa Reds from Japan or Unión de Santa Fe and San Martín de San Juan from Argentina. The same happens with graphic stuff. That's why older Fifa's still had the Turkish teams badges inside the bigs, as another example

Dynamic adboards are called with names (eg. adboards_adidas.big). Those names are saved in the db -> table "dynamicimages".

I've played the demo now and:

HOLY SHIT! It's pretty amazing! Such a huge difference from 14 to 15 in my opinion. Loved looking at the replays during half-time and full-time.
Graphics looks amazing, especially during close ups

Really can't wait for full version!

Absolutely loved the shirt-pulling and dirty kits. (Sorry I took a picture of my screen, screenshots doesn't work for me)

Nice, thanks. I'm split, the controls feel much smoother but it's still the same old frantic end-to-end gameplay as you said. Plus the player models are damn weird. And for an extra 30 bucks as well this year. Just not worth it unless I can get it at FIFA 13's price (did not buy FIFA 14).

The Czech league, maybe you're right, but the Brazil league is definitely in. All the teams are in the teamkits table and that one is rebuilt every time for sure. Licensed? Can't tell.
 
Got to say that the graphics and animation variety have improved a good deal over last year's game (including next gen FIFA 14). I've gotten two penalty kicks in 6 matches, so that was surprising but, still, handfuls of fouls remain difficult to obtain. As Paul pointed out, every player dribbles with the pace and control of Messi. Hopefully they tone down on the pace for the full version.

Just a little thought. The CL.ini works for those who want to skip the bootflow and try out the arena with Messi:

SKIP_BOOTFLOW = 1 //in your ini.
The problem is that you cannot exit the arena to the main menu or do anything else except for shoot on the goalie.

I'm going to try out more codes in my ini later today and tomorrow.
Positive impressions so far, mainly because of the jump from last year's rehash to this year's game, which is by no means perfect, but has a lot of room for improvement.

Here's how to set the half length:

Create a cl.ini in your game folder and put these two lines in:

HALF_LENGTH = //your choice
AI_SETTING_HALF_LENGTH = //your choice

Save and try it out.
