assuming you have a patch installed with a tournament mode (moddingway for example), the number of subs and other settings of each torunament are in the dlc folder, look for the settings.txt file.

If you want to open the big files you can do it with the jenkey's fifa file explorer, you can ask for the link to our mutual friend google.

Guys I'm updating all the added European teams for the UEFA EURO 2016 Qualifications + Finals tournament.

I've updated all the European teams for this patch. Just wanting to add a couple of players for Gibraltar. It should be released soon as a beta with some collected stadiums. Obviously, the full release would be with all stadiums for all tournaments. There are 8 stadiums for the 2014 FIFA World Cup, 4 stadiums to be done for the 2015 Asian Cup + all the UEFA national stadiums are available for UEFA EURO 2016 qualification.
