I've already known that you use a poor picture to create that face, yet you can update it by working more on the texture (reducing highlights and shadows and improve skin by Photoshop tools), your model is needed to be edited too. By the way good job.

I remember that I had a HD face of him. I don't remember who had created him, but It was awesome. If anyone has any face of him, please share it.
