Make eyes pupils a bit smaller and the white part of them darker - that should work and make the view more accurate.

hey Farkam, have you tried to use du_oro10 method to make hair textures? it's kinda complicated but you wouldn't have to delete so much of the alpha and the hair would get the grey coloration of Giggs.
I might help you if you want
