Tips for you:
the unit of measurement in fifa13 for ALTITUDE is the feet.
This is the explanation (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gravity_of_Earth):

Gravity decreases with altitude, since greater altitude means greater distance from the Earth's centre. All other things being equal, an increase in altitude from sea level to the top of Mount Everest (8,848 metres) causes a weight decrease of about 0.28%. (An additional factor affecting apparent weight is the decrease in air density at altitude, which lessens an object's buoyancy.[5]) It is a common misconception that astronauts in orbit are weightless because they have flown high enough to "escape" the Earth's gravity. In fact, at an altitude of 400 kilometres (250 miles), equivalent to a typical orbit of the Space Shuttle, gravity is still nearly 90% as strong as at the Earth's surface, and weightlessness actually occurs because orbiting objects are in free-fall.[6]

The following formula approximates the Earth's gravity variation with altitude:



Where

gh is the gravitational acceleration at height h\, above sea level.
re is the Earth's mean radius.
g0 is the standard gravitational acceleration.

This formula treats the Earth as a perfect sphere with a radially symmetric distribution of mass; a more accurate mathematical treatment is discussed below.

i don't even know where these ball control ratings are...so i didn't edit anything. i'm just using AP's 3.0 and Exocyst's Career Mode Tweaks.

Thank you, Fidel. I have figured this out already, but I don't know the range for the string. A low value would suffice.

-balanced offense and defense 85%
-fixed formations 100%(RC, you can send yours in now)
-young players-faster 80%
-maybe CM edits ...Pending...
-balanced difficulty 65%
-product file only version: after DB-ini versions are finished.

Copy the teams table into moddingway's. Then copy the formations table in the same way.(export mine, import into moddingway's.)
The players table might be too tricky to import. If you want, I can make a separate version with moddingway's as a base after I finish the final.

Okay, but I won't be able to do any DB editing, so I'll finalize this before the holidays.
Note: most of the pin ball passing of the AI has been fixed. I only saw it once in three matches.

I am not sure about this but I had discovered something way back. There is a program called Cheat engine 6.2. Start FIFA 13. Open Cheat engine. Open FIFA process. Now go to 'show all memory region' ( or something like this). There search the code you want to search.

I searched 'SLIDE_' and a bunch of codes popped up which I suppose were active within the game. Unfortunately I am far from being an expert at these things. So I may be wrong in my assumption that they were codes active within the game. Did not try changing them. Though CE is for changing that.

Another thing was that you can see which part of the memory is active at what time by running the game in windows mode and certain regions in FIFA 13 process ( IN CE) will light up at different times. Like I remember that Rooney scored a goal and the region that had 'Rooney' ( and lots of other things) lit up for a few seconds.

I dont even know what all this means. But may be someone out of you can make sense out of it or even use it to discover something...

BTW I tried searching many codes ( from Fidels Product.ini) and most of them popped up somewhere within the active process....

MC, it seems that the exe is referencing strings from my file because I see ''IMMERSION GAMEPLAY'' and then a string after it.
I am not a programmer, so I don't understand much of this.
Edit: Codes that were hidden to a hex editor are visible!
ex. Lowercase altitude
This might work for altitude!
