@Svence: Bake margin is how many pixel the "color bleed" will be in the image. But you must synchronize it with the UV margin otherwise for example the colors from another planes will interfere each other. Those color spots i suspect is maybe because of real-time FIFA's dynamic shadow system (for example if the 3d planes aren't closed neatly maybe there will be a light/shadow bleeds from the gaps).
I don't really understand what your "new way" is. All i can see from the pictures are more neat and efficient 3d model for gaming (simple model but looks good ingame), and it's good work.
