Yup, that' what I did. And it works fine.

I'm using FHL-BH-Editor to regenerate. But always I untick cmsettings.ini file, save and try to regenerate, the file turn back to ticked position even the cmsettings.ini is in the right place (F:\jogos\FIFA 13\Game\dlc\dlc_FootballCompEng\dlc\FootballCompEng\Data).

Should FHL-BH-Edit read automatically which files are external? Work for player.lua and settings.lua, but doesn't work for cmsettings.ini. I'm sure the file is on the right place too.

Anyway, works fine to me! Hope the winter window transfers works when i modify the cmsettings.ini to transfers=1

After many attempt I simply could not get it to work with the FHL-BH-Editor. I had to run the i68regenerator in my FIFA/Game directory.

This is the mini-tutorial, it was on the page before, you could at least read the whole thread, its not like it have 200 pages):

1. put file "cmsettings.ini" in "your Fifa13 folder\Game\dlc\dlc_FootballCompEng\dlc\FootballCo mpEng\data"

2. Open file "cmsettings.ini" with notepad and change string "Transfer = 1" to zero and save

3. open the program "FHL-BH-Editor", select "data1".

4. search the string "dlc\dlc_FootballCompEng\dlc\FootballCompEng\data\ cmsetting.ini" and UNTICKED!!!!

5. Click su "Save Bh-File"

6. That's all

i did excatly as in this turorial and i always get crash if try load carrer mode or start new what is problem?

Than maybe it dont work, i did not check it, after thinking a bit, i think that is not possible, as you need do start new career to changes to take effect!?
