Clearly the face isn't good but it's his first attempt so don't be so harsh with him.Keep practising and you'll become better,mate :)

There is a problem that I have when I make textures always 11-12, the images are small and I can not edit it.
And speaking of hair color, not what the problem is that the hair is painted white, when I imported a different color.
