He's no Radamel Falcao, but he's damn good. He was hampered by a few injuries, that being said he's got exceptional physical ability. Mighty strong, fast, good aerial game, very good control, great finisher...what you want from typical 9 up top. He'll give you guys plenty of goals me thinks. I've been fallowing him since his days at Independiente Medellin, he mos def cought my eye back then...I drooled over the possibility America would sign him, but back then we had Salvador Cabanas...days later after he chose to play at Jaguares, Cabanas ended up getting shot in the head, putting an end to his brilliant career. I would've loved to have Martinez on my team, the man is a legit scorer.
