Yeah actually that doesnt make it clear which uni she went to at all - could be any in the Newcastle area - which is going to make it very difficult.

If I remember correctly, July 2008 was just after Lee finished his short period of work at Peacocks? I did find an Ashleigh on FB who went to Teeside university and works and Peacocks, I wonder if they could have met there? Warrants further investigation.

There are about nine Ashleighs on FB who went to Teeside uni and have not specified which course they took, so could have been psychology, and who dont seem to be rules out by age. None really resemble that picture, but it is hard to tell. I sent some messages out but I think the FB police may have stopped them. Also, we actually have no guarantee she went to Teeside, there are lots of unis in that area.
