I have some good news and some bad news, what do you want first ? Ok, let’s start with the bad news.

The executable of FIFA 12 is full of controls about the valid values of the leagueid, so I think there is no way to add new leagues that work exactly like the official leagues, we have to deal with this limitation.

Now move to the good news

1) It is possible to create a new league and

a. To play it in tournament mode

b. To simulate it in career mode, though you cannot play it.

2) It is possible to create a new league and play it in career mode exploiting the Creation Center functionality. There are 5 magic leagueids 385, 386, 387, 388 and 389, if you create a league with one of these ids and add a record in the cz_leagues table, then you can select this league when you start a new career and play it.

3) I was also able to open the “User Generated” files downloadable by the creation center so it will be possible to import that files in the main database, I have to develop the feature in CM12 but this is definitely possible.

Well, at the end I think that the good news are more than the bad news, I think we can really give a boost to FIFA 12.

aight bro...iv tested the file that u sent...pretty cool...i think its ready for release but if possible a little more cpu aggressiveness will make it perfect...overall impressive

i knew this & its all bad news to me, i know how cc stuff works & its really limited.

truth is this is discouraging & has made me want to just quit editing in general.

So EA finally did it, they just shredded one the features that made the game superior to PES, big shame indeed, i will definitely stick to fifa 11 after this disappointment. :confused::swear2:

ps. Big thanks to Rinaldo and all the modders in the community for making the fifa 12 experience a little bit less generic.

Well, it was not a feature per se (adding new leagues to career mode), but I always wanted to see it that way even though I knew that only the modding community were the ones who got it working.

p.s. Regularcat do you think that hex editing the fifa 12 executable file is the only way to solve all the limitations in tournaments and career mode.

wont work, ive hexed the dll files & nothing changed & i wont even bother w/ the exe because its full of areas to hex & checks done by the exe.

If you release it, I am looking forward to what you have come up with, regularcat. Took a break from the game due to the lack of fouls/physicality in the game, and also to get into Skyrim. Starting to get an itch again though, so back to fiddling with everything.

Oh dat.....Yeah its pretty good....Coz AI is now very smart...even when im using offside trap...he beats it to perfection....I conceded 3 or 4 goals...and all were awesome...I would ve love to score those goals.....The only flaw i noted was:

Long range shots had less power and sometimes headers were weak....dats it....AI is to agressive now(vch i loved)...they dont give u much space and time to think ur next move...

Now waiting for ur patch bro...best of luck
