the skin looks too white or grey...make him a bit more brown.maybe make his uper lip bigger? and his face overall seems too long by a bit.
imo after that itl be the best! for fifa 12

His face looks...washed out. Try to find a HD picture and add some detail. Make sure his head is in the right proportions also. Other then that, good work.
