Harder to perform tricks online?

Is it just me or is it harder to perform tricks online?

It's like the controls are not as responsive, I often have problems doing simple roulettes, even feints and stuff like that. I'm not saying it is all the time, but quite often I loose the ball due to my player not performing the trick but just runs straight.
Is it because of tiny lag or am I the only one having this feeling?

you posted this o ea uk forums & you will get the same answer here.

lag will effect it & your timing might be off, humans dont tackle the same way cpu tackles.

It depends. I'd say that making tricks online is a lot easier than against Legendary AI, but there are some players that really defend well against them which makes the job harder.

Yep, I posted it on that forum, too. But that forum kinda sucks, though. I've just found this forum and hoped to get more responses if to people also have this problem.

I'm am not talking about if it harder or easier to get by opponents using tricks online. I'm saying, I find it harder to make my character even doing the trick. It's, like I said, the response of the right stick is not as smooth as in offline, resulting in my player just running forwards instead of actually performing the trick.

If you're using a controller on pc, try going to your computer/joystick options and adjusting your controller settings?

Well, I am using a 360 controller...what should I look for in the settings? I'm not sure if it has anything to do with this, though, as I can easily do tricks offline.

Well what I was referring to was in 'control panel' and to calibrate your controller. However, it may seem to make sense as previous people have said about the lag online, and it might throw off your timing... But as of me... I haven't faced trouble while playing online... I do tricks all the time :D
