Right Analog stick not working correctly

I'm playing on my PC with the PSX to USB convertor. The problem is that the axis on my right analog stick are reversed. In instant replay the Left/right directions move the camera up and down while the Up/Down move it left and right. This happens in every other area of the game as well. First touch, OTB, direct kicks, etc. Anybody know of a solution for this? Thanks

EDIT - Also, I edited the registry so joy.cpl is using 'Logitech DualAction USB'
