Outsider is right.. i'm working to decode all the settings. Tournament setting now is stored in text files in dlc data1.big subfolder.
Edit it is easy, but we have understand how the tournament logic work. As far I know this year is possible to have real schedules in career mode, create and edit league, but we can't have europa league same scheme as reality because groups are limited to eight and not twelve as we know.
Then this year we can edit more sides of career mode
Maybe someone want to lend an hand to decode tournament text settings?

i have opened now onother db on fifa 12 full version, i think is the answear to everyone..

on the table (Language strings) you see sourcetext, hashid and stringid...
example:
sourcetext hashid stringid
Serie A -1145714186 LeagueName_Abbr15_31
folder: \dlc\dlc_eurodll\dlc\data\loc (eng_us.db and eng_us-meta.xml)
(I do not remember the data big, i've all game files extracted on folders, but is on data0 or data1, use search functions on Texture Editor)...
..If anybody needs do i upload!!

this way i dont have to go through the entire db, since i already have to rename them 3 times.
i can hook you up w/ mine where all you have to do is copy my data to the ita db.

seems to me as there are no unlicensed teams, the usual unlicensed teams are named correctly, including serie bwin & campeonato brasileiro série a & also aik.

reg.. i've found in locale.big the file for language like ita.db,eng.db, i've edited and reimported,not in data1.big.
Unlicenseed teams are:
All Serie B teams except Sampdoria.
All Ekstraklasa teams.
A.Goianense,Avai,America (MG),Cearà,Internacional,Figuirense.

for tournaments you cant edit the names of tournaments, ill will pm you the db table needed in excel format & the name & location of the file you need to edit.
