Man if you're THE RD86, I've been using your FIFA08-11 boots textures with FIFA 14 Classic Patch to recreate the boot selections of those seasons. Thank you!

I'm genuinely considering it. I'm not sure if I should come back to FIFA11 or try a later year 15/16 with more boot models. Edit: Ok I've decided I'll come back here. Much easier with one boot model & I can just post textures like I used to. I'm going to just post Main texture & oedit preview only. I can't remember how to make reflexes or bumps. If anyone wants to refresh my memory, please go ahead. Thanks

Personally I'd recommend FIFA 14, since it's the most popular older FIFA version alongside FIFA 16 (which has a lot of bookmakers already).
Compared to F11, F14 has much better boot models as far as I'm aware, both for modern boots (converted f20 switch models) and classic models (which are very needed for Classic Patch), and the textures mostly can be shared between F11-F16.
As for bumps and reflexes, maybe @mita996 could provide some insight.

Well i ll try prove fifa 11 isnt dead yet : 
Because it is possible to convert shoes models from fifa 18 - 21 to fifa 11
* however here and there some small clashing with sock models :
The new boot models are smaller, so sock models needs smaller too
I did made adjustments to sock models, but not perfect yet maybe
* i did use the original fifa 11 shoe texture sizes at my patches,
But it is possible to have higher quality textures

I'm going to make some newer 2020 boots on original 11 model before I attempt any with the newer converted boot models.
