First open the file you want to convert and then you will get a menu something like this


Select MPEG and then there will be drop down, from there select MPEG I



After that select settings icon, highlighted in blue left of MPEG button
Then you will get this :



From audio tab select audio codec to auto from mp2 and then



From video resize tab select 1280 x 768 pixels and click apply
there you go now just convert it :33vff3o:
