HG works with new DB?))
It works with CEP11 and yes it works with any DB.
As for ridiculous score lines I have an assumption as to why. There are traits enabled for AI. Bullet header is one of those. As you know bullet header is almost 90% chance of goal so it needs any cross really to score (I had my defenders out jumped easily).
And unfortunately this works for any team (1 star team also can have BH :lol
, but it works for you too.
Now for long shots I found out in HG product.ini that Long shots AI variable is set to 200%, Accuracy is 100%. That's why long shots are turning to goals with every AI shot from outside the area imo

What bothers me here is not that, but how easily AI can break you through the middle :/. Almost everytime CPU is on a break they will go through the middle slicing your defense. Couldn't find solution to this yet. Oh wait... Actually it may be EA problem... (video with in depth explanation on retarded defenders of FIFA 11: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4mZYTdsI1BI).
As for AI skillmoves and such, sorry to burst your bubble, but that just doesn't work (they do standard stuff like dribbling even on unpatched game, as well as they do stop-and-go, stop-roll. Tested it in AI vs AI on default FIFA).
But other than that... Amazing patch. With some tuning it can be perfect.

...I come back with good news about new HG version!! (HG 4.9.1 with any fix)
The first fix is the shot accuracy, for CPUAI and Human, real statistic on shot accuracy, but is possible to score from the long distance for you and CPUAI!!
GKs Fixed on one on one and other situations!!
I have modded/adjusted a little bit the players physical contrast!!!
I have modded/adjusted/increased any players attribute like agility and reactions like ps3!!!
New little features, but you discover when play!!!!
Goal replay fixed (now you will see a lot of the replay with camera very close, not more on BROADCASTER)
Gamep speed not modded!! and soon all info for adjust game speed, with external software (will send on private, i have modded an existing software, soon i upload on my shared folder, ask me for any password!!!)

I actually enjoyed the accuracy of shooting. I enjoy the spectacular shots from outside the area. This is actually the first time where it felt the shots were going where I told them to.
My main concern is the ability and intelligence of goalkeepers. They seem to let almost everything through their fingers. I played recently on Be a Pro and managed 16 goals and 7 assists in 6 games.
Also while I like time on the ball I feel I get too much of it because defenders let me past them.
HOWEVER! - Those who are complaining about balls through the middle should first ensure that they are using 'Offside Trap' rather than 'Cover' for their team's tactics. I've found this setting is the single most important factor in good defending. Cover is so useless it makes me pound the table. Man Utd with Cover on are easier to beat than Rochdale with Offside Trap.
