Making a CMP from a patch

Hi, they released the Argentine league patch (http://www.afa-pes.com.ar/forum/showthread.php?t=115). I have CEP 11 and want to continue playing it because of all the leagues it has. But I'd love this Argentine patch too, for its second division (has two divisions) and I'd also like to replace the CEP 11 Argentine league with this one (no offense, the CEP makers did an amazing job, but they made like 70 leagues and these people spent months working on just two so I'd rather have their Argentine league). Unfortunately they only came out with an .exe installer and not a CMP! So I was wondering if someone could give me instructions on how to make a CMP. I was thinking I'd reinstall a clean FIFA, install the Argentina patch, make the CMP following your instructions, then delete it, install it again, install CEP 11, then add in the CMP or however it works...I don't know how to do this stuff, I searched around on here and couldn't really find anything. I have a feeling it's with either CM or DBM.

Well would it be possible for you to add this to CEP? Your Argentine league is very good but I trust their judgement more because they spent all of their time on it while you guys had to make 70 other leagues.

If not, can someone explain how to make a CMP? In the thread at AFA they said it was easy, so I'd like to figure it out. If they don't want people having the CMP than I won't share it with anyone else, although I thought the reason they only released it as an .exe was that people complain about the CMP not working and being to hard to install (at least that's what they said on the thread). I wasn't aware they specifically didn't want the public to be able to mix and match this one with other patches, at least nothing they said on the forums there indicated that (and I read every page).

OK, so I figured out the basics in CM but I am totally lost as to the specifics, and trial and error is not going to work here since it could take weeks...I just have a simple question.

If all I want to do is make a patch that replaces one league and its players (I don't even care about the kits, just the players) as well as adds in another league (the division below it), what exactly do I do in the 'Patch Options' section? I know I need to select the two leagues and click 'add' on the right hand of the screen. There are many tabs with many different checkboxes...ie countries has Database info, Flag, Mini Flag, Linked National Team, etc. I have no idea what boxes to check here and which ones to leave unchecked in all of these different tabs. If someone could help me out that would be great.
