All this talk about Mourinho, great manager but you wouldn't want him if he's just going to get bored and feck off in a few years.

God damn... I think he's an amazing player. He's so unlucky, hamstring injury and now a shoulder injury.

Hope we keep him on a minimal salary with heavy bonuses if he plays. Would love to see him play again. Somehow I dont see it happening.

Still... he was a better buy then Torres for those games we had him :D

Agree. I wouldn't want him for this reason. Don't know why but I think Giggs would make a good manager for us and one of the main reasons is because he has been coached by Ferguson for 20 years. He has the United tradition in him. I'd rather have someone like him than some guy who will come and make wholesale changes to the squad and destroy the team chemistry.

I am sick. Hope city lose in the final, I dont want the record books to say they knocked us out en route to the cup.

Pissed off that we gifted them the goal but fair play city deserved it. We looked tired and lethargic and our game was full of errors.

Double is still on guys. keep your heads up.

Starting XI
That 4-5-1 with Berbatov was more like 4-6-0. I hope this is the last I will that formation unless we want to keep the ball.

As soon as Scholes lost that ball, I knew the red card is coming. well, it's football and defeat is part of the game as well. Still two important trophies are on the grab and I hope United can win them with a better concentration.

When will Ferguson realize that 4-5-1 is never gonna work with Berbatov. Should've been 4-4-2 with or 4-5-1 with Chicharito up front.

Also, with Rooney missing, where was the penetration ever gonna come from? Anderson should've started. He's the only guy other than Rooney who can dribble in the middle.

Nani has been disappointing. He hasn't yet hit form since his injury against Pool.

City are through but I have the feeling they will lose the final. Their form away from home has been poor.

Valencia as well. Though, I think Nani played well against Fulham.

I don't know why we never play well in Wembley. Maybe so stressfull.

We eliminated Arsenal and Liverpool in our path ...:clapwap:

No way, he just had a poor game by his high standards. Still dangerous.

Berba should have scored with those 2 opportunites. Anderson was fresh and could outrun the tired city players but i dont really like when he starts games. Kind of fades away.

Help?

We did more than City to win this game. Berbatov missed two unbelievable chances, which Hernandez would have slotted home easily. Don't tell me that any of you are so surprised about the loss. Nani did fine considering what kind of performance he put in against Chelsea on Tuesday. The only mistake in my opinion was leaving Park on (who was clearly tired from Chelsea), while taking of Valencia (who barely played against Chelsea). Once Valencia was off, the right side had no threat at all. Apart from that City were fresh and this was their only hope of getting something this season. United did enough in the first half to get a goal, but stupid mistakes from Carrick and Scholes, who apart from that both have been great, cost us this game. Can't say City didn't deserve it, but until the goal they didn't show that they wanted it.

That's too bad really, we are overdue for an FA Cup, but at the end of the day this was always the bonus Cup. There was always gonna be some complacency after games like Chelsea on Tuesday, so I guess its better we got the loss out of the way in the FA Cup than the league against Newcastle or Everton. We win those two, the league is ours for sure.

Oh and tits.
are you involved in match-fixing or something like that ??? great wish though hope it will be granted. If they win one Trophy.........honestly i would be really scared.

Of what? They're years away from competing for the EPL title.

It's one thing to win in a one-off type tournament, when luck alone can win a game. If this was a 2 legged tie or a league format(like the EPL) they would be punished......and, well, those have already happened in 2010-2011 with the EPL and Europa Cup.

I don't take them seriously just yet.
