First step is to get Texture Editor (search the forums for it) and browse to data3.big where the boots are. The files are fairly easy to navigate, the boots files all have the word 'shoe' in them. Click on a file and it shows you the boots that it refers to. When you find a boot you want to replace, you extract the files that have graphics - for example:

#data#sceneassets#shoe#shoe_70.rx3
#data#sceneassets#shoe#shoe_70_0_textures.rx3 (has pic of boots)
#data#sceneassets#shoe#shoe_70_textures.rx3 (has bump textures)

You would extract the second and third files by clicking on the icon that says "ExportFileToGamePath" which would send the files to:
.../FIFA 11/Game/data/sceneassets

Then chose the option to 'open rx3 file' and browse to the location I just mentioned, open the files and drag&drop the images you want to replace.

Second step: Get Fifa 11 Regenerator (search the forums for it) and run it.

Done.

So I had a go at making my own default boots since I think the EA ones suck so bad...

The result is... Rhino!


No screens, but I have posted a link to download all those I use in rx3 format for easy use - just uncompress them in the desired location and run the regenerator and that's that! This is just a first go, I may do other versions - time and willingness permitting.

which u explain their some boot didn't change
and specially this 3 boots

do u have explanation for this cuz i try everything and i didn't work
