Chemistry for PC Manager Mode does not work

My chemistry for manager mode for my PC version never gets above 60, when the other 2 (job security and fan support) get to 99 easily. I have done everything to get chemistry up, with many different teams, but it never goes up. I have also read that there was/is a bug and maybe a patch for it- please advise!!!!!

when u play in manager mode for 3+ seasons it goes up....it goes up, slowly but it does, ive managed to get it up to 80 or something like that

I've played up to 5 seasons and the chemistry stays at 60. Even when I answer one of those questions correctly and it says my chem is +8, it stays at 60....
