Barca had a phenomenal season no denying that. At the moment probably the best team in europe. But to be considered the BEST TEaM of all time, you have to do it consistently. One great season is not enough.

I agree there are teams that have dominated for a few years which would be unfair to not account for that...

however i think the title of Best Team Of All Time In A Single Year is appropriate, because they won 6 trophies something never done before

For me just the Copa Del Rey, the league and UCL counts. The other 3 cups are not major achievements really.

The tripple itself was a hell of an achievement though so Barca deserves praise. Officially the best team of the world for now but I wouldn't say best team of all time.

its the best team ever and its a fact because did what nobody else did before, won everything in a year. We are not talking about the team with the best trajectory in football history. 09s Barça = best team ever.

Noone can argue that team "FC Barcelona 2008-09" is one of the best team ever because of its achievements at that season (6 trophies in one season). Whether they have perfect squad, great play or not. If someone says something with consistence, that's dumb. This thread topic is saying just about the team 2008-09.

I'd argue the Ronaldinho/Rijkard era still tops the Messi/Pep era. Ronaldinho in his prime was like watching someone painting a masterpiece every game. Of course, I'm a fan of dribbling over passing.
